I AM INTERESTED IN JOINING THE VOCAL JAZZ ENSEMBLE

Who we are….

A TEN-voiced ensemble of diverse lovers of choral jazz and popular vocal music who would now like to grow in size.

We began as a group in 2017 under the direction of Dr. Julie Silvera, noted jazz musician and educator.

We perform between two and three times a year. 

We are looking for…

Someone who loves being a part of a choir and loves to sing jazz music.

You are not required to read music but it is very helpful
If you are interested you can come and audition

Audition with 1 jazz swing song
Also you will be provided with an excerpt from one of our pieces in advance that you can sing with us.

We will be hearing auditions : ONGOING!!!

We meet once a week for 1.5 hours – 

 When:             Thursdays 19 bis 20:30 Uhr
Where:           Raphael-Schule / Aula/ Quellental (Nienstedten)

Cost is:            10 Euros per rehearsal/40 euros per month (20 EUROS FOR STUDENTS/PART-TIME WORKERS)
